What warranty have the products?

For two years from the purchase date, RS Barcelona 365 warrants its products against manufacturing defects and material provided that the product is used under the conditions for which it was designed and the product is used for its intended purpose. Damage caused by transport manipulation, ultraviolet light, water, sea air or extreme changes in temperature is specifically excluded from the warranty.

PRODUCTS WHICH DO NOT CONFORM TO THE DESCRIPTION OR WHICH ARE DEFECTIVE IN MATERIAL OR MANUFACTURING WILL BE REPLACED, REPAIRED OR, AT RS BARCELONA 365 CHOICE, CREDITED FOR THEIR ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE. RS BARCELONA 365 MUST BE NOTIFIED OF SUCH DEFECT WITH GRAPHIC EVIDENCE AND DESCRIPTION.

Can I change my order?

You can change your order(s) at any time (except for customized products) prior to shipment. If your order has already been sent (i.e., has already has left the warehouse) you will have to wait until it is delivered to be able to change the order, though the changes shall be subject to the terms and conditions governing returns (see "Exchanges and Refunds" section).

Orders for customized products may ONLY be changed if work on their production has not yet commenced.

Exchanges and refunds

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased, you have 24 hours to register a complaint and 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return it.

Para devolver un artículo debes comprobar que se cumplen las siguientes condiciones:

  • The product must not be used.
  • The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was sent to you and, whenever possible, in its original packaging. If the original packing is not available you should replace it with one of a similar size and capacity which completely protects the product.
  • The product must be returned to our offices - c / Ferrocarril 16, 08840, Viladecans, Barcelona, Spain - within a period of 14 days after receiving your order.
  • The cost of product returns shall be borne by the customer, except in cases of manufacturing defects. In this case, RS Barcelona 365 will be responsible for the return costs and for replacing the product.

If a returned item does not meet the stated requirements, we will not issue a refund. In the said case, the item will be returned to you, and you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

NO RETURNS WILL BE ADMITTED on customized or upholstered products, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

All the items from the website feature measurements and colours that provide one with an approximate idea of their characteristics, but they are not 100% reliable. For specific cases, you should verify all information with our Customer Service Dept. at info@rs-barcelona.com, given that you will be responsible for the costs associated with returns for technical reasons of this kind.

Returns or cancellations of an order once it has already been processed carry a 10% penalty to defray administrative costs incurred.

RS Barcelona 365 does not permit customers to return items to its online store which has been acquired at multi-brand stores that sell RS Barcelona products.

In the event that you receive a defective product, we ask that you to get in touch with our Customer Service Dept. at info@rs-barcelona.com as soon as possible to have your problem resolved.

You have 24 hours from the product reception to register a complaint.

In order for returns involving manufacturing defects to be accepted the following steps should be followed:

  • Contact our Customer Service Dept. at info@rs-barcelona.com.
  • Send us photographs of the faulty parts via e-mail (info@rs-barcelona.com).
  • Once the claim/return is accepted by RS Barcelona 365 we will contact you to proceed with the pick-up/replacement of the product.

Where do you deliver?

RS Barcelona 365 online store products are shipped to any country. Because of the difficulty of automatically calculating shipping costs, this website allows customers to complete the purchase process when they are located in the EU (except Chipre, Croatia and Malta), Andorra and Norway. For customers in other countries, orders may be placed on the website but will be finalized via email or telephone between the customer and RS Barcelona 365 Customer Service Dept.

Once your selection has been made and the order issued you will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been registered. This order confirmation will include information identifying the / the item (s) purchased, the total price (including VAT, if applicable) and your shipping information.

Shipping

Product delivery times are as follows:

  • Products in stock and without customization: 3-45 days
  • Customized products: 45-60 days
  • Products not available in stock and which must be manufactured: 45-60 days.

These time frames are approximate and RS Barcelona 365 is not responsible for delays incurred. As this is an external service, the customer must take up any claims related to delivery directly with the courier, as at the time of the purchase he is contracting this service, which falls outside our domain.

How does the purchase process work?

If an error occurs in the dispatch of this message there may be a temporary network communication problem, or you have made a mistake when providing your email address. In either case please contact Customer Service at info@rs-barcelona.com.

We reserve the right not to accept your order if, for example, it is not possible to obtain authorization for payment, or if the item is not in stock. In the latter case, we will inform you by e-mail and will refund to you all payments made.

Do the prices include VAT?

Purchase payments will be made in USD and the official prices on the website are in USD. Official prices and payments will always be in USD.

The prices shown on this page include all applicable taxes, with the exception of those which are expressly excluded. All prices and offers shall correspond to those published on the website. The price of the products displayed on this website at the time of order confirmation will be valid. RS Barcelona 365 is not responsible for special taxes, customs duties or additional delivery costs. RS Barcelona 365 reserves the right to modify its retail prices at any time, except on orders that have already been placed.

Payment method and security

It is possible to place orders anytime, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

One may pay via credit or debit card issued by a major company (VISA, Mastercard, American Express...) and also by PayPal through his own gateway.

If payment is made by credit card the amount of your order will be blocked but not actually charged until your order has been dispatched. This operating procedure is compatible with that of most banks.

When paying by debit card you will be charged automatically at the time of purchase. If payment is made by PayPal the charge will be automatically applied to your PayPal account. For more information visit www.paypal.com.

RS Barcelona 365 reserves the right to withhold any order for security reasons, in which case the affected customers will be notified. It also reserves the right to cancel an order if it concludes that it cannot verify shipping and billing information. In said, we will also notify you.

You should confirm that the credit/debit card you are using is yours or that the holder thereof has authorized you to use it. Credit/debit cardholders are subject to identification, validation, and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorize payment to RS Barcelona 365, the latter will not be responsible for any delivery delays occurring as a result.

RS Barcelona 365 is not liable for delays in the delivery of goods arising from a bank's failure or refusal to authorize payment.

Orders involving multiple items will be shipped when all items are available. Partial shipments are not made.

How do we ship your order?

RS Barcelona 365 insures each purchase during the time of shipment until delivery at the specified shipping address. All orders are delivered by courier companies. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, and never on bank holidays.

Deliveries are made right to the street-level door of the address indicated on the order. Deliveries do NOT INCLUDE transporting products up to higher floors, placing them in a given room, or assembling them.

Deliveries shall take place at the customer's regular residence or workplace, located in one of the countries listed on this website. All deliveries must be signed upon receipt. Once the receipt is signed items will be the customer's responsibility. We do not make deliveries to PO boxes.

Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or on bank holidays being celebrated in a given region or country.

In order to avoid problems with deliveries (incorrect addresses, person absent from the address) you must complete the order form correctly, especially the box asking for a contact telephone number.

When your order has left the warehouse, we will send you an email indicating its approximate delivery date.
